We want you to be happy with Pindex. If something isn't working as expected, we're here to help.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.

All payments for Pindex subscriptions are processed by our payment partner, Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all billing and refunds.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at support@pindex.com within 14 days of purchase and include your purchase details. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods or unused time beyond the 14-day refund window, unless required by law.
